1. Part-Time Accountant
We are seeking a reliable accountant to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with NGO regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using Tally and Excel.
Manage vouchers, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for the management.
Ensure compliance with NGO-specific regulations (FCRA, 80G, 12A) and assist with audits.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Prime and MS Excel.
Prior experience in accounting (experience with NGOs is a plus).
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
2. Hindi & Bengali Teacher
We need an empathetic educator to improve literacy and language skills among our beneficiaries (children/adults).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interactive classes in both Hindi and Bengali.
Teach reading, writing, and basic grammar to students with varying literacy levels.
Plan engaging lessons and track student progress over time.
Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
Requirements:
Fluency in reading and writing both Hindi and Bengali is mandatory.
Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
Patience and a passion for social work.
3. Field Executive
We are looking for an energetic individual to lead our community outreach and on-ground activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to beneficiary communities in Kolkata.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and local stakeholders.
Collect data, feedback, and surveys from the field to improve our programs.
Assist in organizing donation drives and awareness campaigns.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally and work outdoors.
Basic organizational skills to report field activities.
