By accessing www.dflwf.com, making a donation, or participating in any DFLWF programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or make a donation independently. Minors may participate only with written parental or guardian consent.
• Changes to Terms DFLWF may update these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• Volunteers & Interns Joining as a volunteer or intern also implies acceptance of the separate Volunteer Guidelines published on our Join Us page, in addition to these terms.

All donations to DFLWF are entirely voluntary and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. By completing a payment you acknowledge the following:

• Payment Authorisation You authorise DFLWF to process your payment and, where applicable, issue a tax receipt under PAN AAHCD8274H. An 80G certificate will be emailed to you immediately after a successful donation.
• Fund Allocation Donations support programmes including Strike Off Hunger, Modern Pathshala, Green Heart, and neWISH. They are not tied to specific outcomes or deliverables. DFLWF reserves the right to allocate funds according to organisational priorities.
• No Refunds for Changed Circumstances Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with programme outcomes or changes in personal circumstances, except as mandated by law.

We want dflwf.com to be a welcoming, useful space for everyone. Here is what is and is not permitted:

All content published on www.dflwf.com — including but not limited to text, logos, photographs, videos, programme names, and design elements — is the property of Dreams for Life Welfare Foundation or is licensed to us by its respective owners.

• Reproduction Copying, adapting, or republishing any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from DFLWF is strictly prohibited.
• Personal & Awareness Use You are welcome to share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes — such as spreading awareness on social media — provided you credit DFLWF and link back to the original page.
• Programme Names "Strike Off Hunger," "Modern Pathshala," "Green Heart," and "neWISH" are DFLWF initiative names. Please do not use them in a way that implies official affiliation without our written consent.

DFLWF works to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranties — express or implied — about the completeness or suitability of our content for any particular purpose.

• Indirect Damages DFLWF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from a donation made to us.
• Maximum Liability In the unlikely event that DFLWF is found liable for any claim related to a donation, our total liability is capped at the amount of the donation in question.
• Third-Party Links Our site links to external services including Google Forms, Razorpay, and Cashfree. DFLWF is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party platforms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

DFLWF reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access to the website or our programmes if you are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• Without Prior Notice Termination may occur immediately and without warning in cases of serious misuse, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that harms DFLWF, its beneficiaries, or its volunteers.
• Donation Obligations Remain Termination of access does not affect any obligations relating to donations already made. Completed transactions remain subject to our no-refund policy.
• Volunteer & Intern Contracts If a volunteer or intern's access is terminated for misconduct, completion certificates will not be issued for that tenure.

DFLWF reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in law, our programmes, or our operating practices.

• How Changes Are Communicated Any significant revision will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For major changes affecting donor rights or donation terms, we will make a reasonable effort to notify registered donors by email.
• Continued Use Implies Acceptance By continuing to use www.dflwf.com or making a donation after any revision, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, please discontinue use of the site.
• Archived Versions If you need a copy of a previous version of our terms, write to [email protected] and we will provide one where reasonably possible.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DFLWF regarding your use of www.dflwf.com and participation in our programmes.

• Severability If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• No Waiver DFLWF's failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any future occasion.
• Relationship of Parties Nothing in these terms creates any partnership, employment, agency, or joint-venture relationship between you and DFLWF. Volunteers and interns are governed separately by the guidelines on our Join Us page.
