<p style="text-align: left;" data-sourcepos="1:1-1:20"><strong>Terms and Conditions for Volunteers and Interns at Dreams for Life Welfare Foundation</strong></p><p data-sourcepos="3:1-3:84">Thank you for your interest in supporting Dreams for Life Welfare Foundation (DLWF). By participating as a volunteer or intern, you agree to the following terms and conditions:</p><p data-sourcepos="5:1-5:19"><strong>1. Eligibility:</strong></p><ul data-sourcepos="7:1-7:27"><li data-sourcepos="7:1-7:27"><strong>Volunteers:</strong> Must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent if under 18.</li><li data-sourcepos="8:1-8:85"><strong>Interns:</strong> Must be enrolled in an educational program or have recently graduated.</li><li data-sourcepos="9:1-10:0">All volunteers and interns must pass a background check.</li></ul><p data-sourcepos="11:1-11:24"><strong>2. Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-sourcepos="13:1-13:35"><li data-sourcepos="13:1-13:35">Uphold DLWF's mission and values.</li><li data-sourcepos="14:1-14:50">Fulfill the assigned tasks and responsibilities.</li><li data-sourcepos="15:1-15:52">Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.</li><li data-sourcepos="16:1-16:49">Treat all individuals with respect and dignity.</li><li data-sourcepos="17:1-17:43">Adhere to DLWF's policies and procedures.</li><li data-sourcepos="18:1-19:0">Report any concerns or issues to the designated supervisor.</li></ul><p data-sourcepos="20:1-20:23"><strong>3. Time Commitment:</strong></p><ul data-sourcepos="22:1-24:0"><li data-sourcepos="22:1-22:74"><strong>Volunteers:</strong> Agree to a minimum time commitment as specified by DLWF.</li><li data-sourcepos="23:1-24:0"><strong>Interns:</strong> Agree to the internship duration and schedule as outlined by DLWF.</li></ul><p data-sourcepos="25:1-25:20"><strong>4. Compensation:</strong></p><ul data-sourcepos="27:1-28:38"><li data-sourcepos="27:1-27:100"><strong>Volunteers:</strong> Positions are unpaid, but may be eligible for reimbursement of approved expenses.</li><li data-sourcepos="28:1-28:38"><strong>Interns:</strong> Internships are unpaid, but may receive academic credit or a stipend depending on the program.</li></ul><p data-sourcepos="30:1-30:19"><strong>5. Termination:</strong></p><ul data-sourcepos="32:1-34:0"><li data-sourcepos="32:1-32:102">DLWF reserves the right to terminate a volunteer or internship agreement at any time for any reason.</li><li data-sourcepos="33:1-34:0">Volunteers and interns may also choose to end their participation with proper notice.</li></ul><p data-sourcepos="35:1-35:17"><strong>6. Liability:</strong></p><ul data-sourcepos="37:1-39:0"><li data-sourcepos="37:1-37:97">Volunteers and interns participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own actions.</li><li data-sourcepos="38:1-39:0">DLWF is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation.</li></ul><p data-sourcepos="40:1-40:23"><strong>7. Code of Conduct:</strong></p><ul data-sourcepos="42:1-42:125"><li data-sourcepos="42:1-42:125">Volunteers and interns must adhere to a strict code of conduct, including zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or any other form of unethical behavior.</li></ul><p data-sourcepos="44:1-44:17"><strong>8. Agreement:</strong></p><ul data-sourcepos="46:1-48:0"><li data-sourcepos="46:1-46:106">By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.</li><li data-sourcepos="47:1-48:0">You agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set forth by DLWF.</li></ul><p data-sourcepos="49:1-49:24"><strong>9.
